We know you're excited to get your hands on your order (or at least have it sitting in your mailbox, judging you silently). Here's the no-nonsense breakdown of how shipping works at OnScene.Us, We're dropshipping, so things might feel a little international—bear with us.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- We don't process or ship on weekends or major holidays. If you order Friday night, don't hold your breath until Tuesday.
- Processing time starts after your payment is cleared. If your card decides to play hard to get, it might take longer.
2. Shipping Time Estimates Shipping times depend on your location and the supplier's warehouse (usually China, USA, or Europe). These are estimates—not promises. Blame the carrier, not us.

Standard Shipping (most common):
- USA: 7–15 business days
- Canada/Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia: 10–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–30+ business days
- Express Shipping (if available for your item): 5–10 business days (extra cost, see checkout).
Important: These are business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Your package might arrive sooner if the stars align, or later if there's a global shipping meltdown (looking at you, 2020–2023).
3. Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email.
- Track it here: [Your tracking link, e.g., 17track.net, AfterShip, or the carrier's site].
- If you don't see a tracking update for a week, don't panic—sometimes carriers are slow to scan things. Check again in a few days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- We don't cover customs duties, import taxes, or any surprise fees your country decides to slap on. That's on you, sorry.
5. Combined Shipping If you order multiple items, we'll try to combine them into one package to save on shipping. If they're from different suppliers, they might ship separately—free bonus unboxing experience.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery + 10 business days:
- Contact us at drherpepper@onsceneus.us with your order number.
- We'll investigate with the carrier.
- If confirmed lost (rare, but happens), we'll refund you in full or reship (our choice).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect address (double-check that street name)
- Force majeure (wars, strikes, natural disasters, or your neighbor stealing your mail)
7. Address Changes Once your order is processed, we can't change the shipping address. So make sure it's correct before hitting "Place Order." If you mess up, you might end up sending a gift to your ex's new place.
8. International Shipping We ship worldwide! But:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- Some countries have restrictions on certain items—check your local laws.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to restricted countries.
